Lihe ZHANG, Chief Scientific Advisor.
Prof. ZHANG is an Academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and Professor of Medicinal Chemistry at Peking University, China. He is also an internationally renowned pharmaceutical chemist and educator. Prof. ZHANG has done long-term and pioneering research in the field of nucleic acid chemistry and developing antitumor and antiviral drugs with leading academic achievements. He has won multiple awards at home and abroad including the National Natural Science Second Prize. He is currently a member of the editorial board of various academic journals and a senior member of the Royal Society of Chemistry. The State Key Laboratory of Natural & Biomimetic Drugs that he led has undertaken multiple national projects, such as the National 863 program, National “Climbing” Program, and The Key Program of National Natural Science Foundation of China.
