Ms. ZHANG is a Ph.D candidate from the DrPH program by Tsinghua University-Johns Hopkins University. She received MBA degree from Columbia University, Master of Computer Science from Pennsylvania State University and Bachelor of Computer Science from Southwest University, China. She used to work as a biostatistics consultant at the School of Medicine, Stanford University, and the IBM laboratory in Silicon Valley for many years. She also has working experience in the Maritime Center of the Ministry of Communications of China and the Commercial Section of the Austrian Embassy in China. She is experienced in international projects operation and entrepreneurship.
